Wine Advocate-Parker : Declared as vintage for the first time (although it has always been based on a single vintage), the 2007 Brut Rosé Cuvée Paradis is the same wine as the white Paradis but with 8% red wine added. The color is a luminous pink with some orange reflections, and the bouquet is fresher and more pure than the richer white 2009 Brut Cuvée Paradis. On the palate, this is an intense and complex yet pure and refreshing pink Cuvée Paradis that is still very fresh and vibrant, with lots of energy and tension. This is highly delicate and complex at the same time, and I would cellar it for a couple of years to benefit from more vinosity. Tasted April 2018.
